Love Animated Movies

I'm a big fan of animated movies. Yesterday, I took my kids to see Space Chimps at the $1 movie. They loved it, of course. I thought it was entertaining, brought some new ideas, which for some reason animated movies tend to do more often then non-animated. Why is that?
